The theme of this week's CAS-ual Friday's Challenge is to make a graduation card. Well, I did just that. Only… it's for next year :) I'm fresh out of grads for this year so I'm getting a HUGE jump on the grad cards for next year!

I used PTI's By The Numbers dies to cut 2012 out of shiny copper DP. If you visit my blog, you know ow much I love stamping on vellum! The sentiment is from Inside Out: Baby (PTI). It's a bit hard to make out in the pic but I scored a border around the linen cardstock . I added a couple of black brads for a little extra somethin', somethin'. Clean and simple.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I just love this, Andrea...and the reason I love it so much is that I was using those exact dies to make a 2011 card and the layers weren't working and the numbers didn't fit across in a row and I made a totally different card in the end, but so wanted to use the # dies....so thank you for this inspiration!! I think I will take the card apart and renovate it :) just gorgeous!

I love this card. I found it when I was posting my graduation card on CAS-Fridays. Your card caught my eye and inspired me to make a different graduation card for my nephew. I don't like my old card anymore. I love my new card, based on your card. Thanks so much for the inspiration. I am now a subscriber, so I can start out with a card I like FIRST. Thanks.
