Now for my take on the Summer Showers challenge...
The image is from MelJen Designs; it was a freebie :) I colored it with copics and added glossy accents (which you can't really tell by the pictures). The clouds were cut with my Cricut and distressed. The raindrop hearts were colored with spicas.
